Hi, I’m Sophie – part project manager, part brand whisperer, and full-time creative doer.

With a career spanning continents and industries, I’ve led teams, built brands, and managed big ideas into existence. My journey kicked off in Melbourne’s PR scene in 2010, before I swapped Tim Tams for Penguins and headed to London, where I spent the better part of eight years at one of the UK’s top branding and advertising agencies, Otherway. From 2016 to 2023, I lived and breathed integrated campaigns, brand strategy, and creative collaboration. Now back in Melbourne, I’ve continued the vibe - first as Head of Brand for fashion label, Variety Hour, then as Senior Account Director at independent agency, Noisy Beast.

I am currently working remotely for San Francisco agency Play Studio.

I’m known for building strong relationships, staying calm in the chaos, and making the complex feel simple. Whether it’s managing big campaigns or reimagining a brand from the ground up, I’m all about bringing clarity, creativity, and a sense of purpose to every project.
